Meet Our Members

Ticonderoga Emergency Squad, Inc. is a combination paid and volunteer emergency medical service organization. Our agency currently has 22 volunteer responders, as well as 12 paid staff members. Members range in certification from attendant to paramedic. We will write these classifications lower on this page Operationally, the agency is led by an operations manager and assistant operations manager. Oversight is provided by a board of seven volunteers and community members.

Operational Officers

Operational officers are responsible for the management of day-to-day activities at the station. These officers are also responsible for command at major emergency scenes, collaborating with fire, police, and other response agencies to ensure mitigation of an emergency.

Operations Manager -  Renee Kennedy

Renee Kennedy currently serves as the operations manager of Ticonderoga Emergency Squad. Renee has been a member of Ticonderoga EMS since 2016, serving as captain since 2018. Renee has been an EMT for 27 years, previously working in Hague. Renee works day and night to make sure our agency runs as smoothly as possible. If you visit during the day, you may run into her while she's working in her office, assuring our agency has everything it needs.

Assistant Operations Manager- Patty Cook

Patty Cook has served as a provider for 15 years, starting out as an EMT-B. She has served with Ticonderoga EMS for 16 years and became an assistant operations manager. Now, Patty is an EMT-CC. This level is above and Advanced EMT but below a Paramedic. Critical Care Techs provide a good bridge for care when we need more than a basic or an AEMT, and when a paramedic is not available. Much like everyone else, Patty is invaluable to the community.

Board of Directors

The board of directors is responsible for ultimate oversight of the agency. It encompasses seven people. All are volunteers and/or community members of our coverage areas. The board of directors is responsible for the financial, legal, operational, and other affairs of the agency.

President- Loretta Euber

Loretta Euber has been a provider for approximately 12 years. She started off as a driver, then as an EMT-B for Crown Point Fire's ambulance squad before they had to retire both their ambulances by 2016. Loretta's desire to help didn't end there. She quickly joined Ticonderoga EMS to get her EMT certification renewed and assisted the squad as a provider until about 2 years ago. Loretta is still active as our President to this day!

Secretary- Corinna Woods

Corinna Woods was a member of Ti EMS  from 1992-1996. She later joined again in 2011 and has been a member ever since. Corinna started as a secretary for Ti EMS in January of 2022. She is one of our few members that was around when EMT-D's existed. Corinna is one of our few AEMT's and puts countless hours off the clock to assist all of our members. Another valuable asset.
